This bundle is the new Flourish styling bundle! This bundle has the Flourish Hydrating Styling Foam, the Wrap me in Softness Moisturizing Butter and the Flourish Hold me Down Softly Moisturizing Gel. This is great for anyone dealing with moisture issues. You can pair the foam with the butter and you can the foam with the gel.
We shampoo and condition, then use a porosity filler if you have high porosity hair or Mizani Miracle Milk if you have low porosity hair. Then, if you are two strand twisting and are high porosity, take the butter in your hands and rub together to emulsify it. Then run through your hair. Part your hair in sections if you need to. You want to make sure each strand of hair is saturated. Then clip the hair away and apply the foam to that row and start two strand twisting. If you are braiding or flat twisting, apply the foam to that section and begin the braid or flat twist.
If you are using the moisturizing gel, do the same thing, just replace using the butter for the gel. They both provide extreme hydration. Just try both and see which one you like more.
If you are low porosity, you can use just the butter or just the foam or just the gel for styling after you shampoo and condition. This is all going to be done on wet/damp hair.
Also! September Challenge will have all the new flourish products included. You will get a walk through on how to use each product and we will troubleshoot any problems you run into!
I can only review the Moisturizing Gel since that is all I've used, and I'm loving it so far. My test of a good gel is "Is my wash and go still good 7 days later & does my hair feel moisturized?" I don't add anything additional to my hair throughout the week, and wanted to test this gel in my normal routine. It's holding up so far, and I'm on day 5. After my wash & condition, I added Olaplex #9 serum, a little of the leave in conditioner (#5), and topped it with this gel. My hair felt truly moisturized after diffusing, and especially the next morning. It didn't leave my hair crunchy after drying, which I hate. I may try the gel alone and/or let it at air dry one day. I'm hopeful you'll keep this included in your line. I like the idea of buying local for my hair needs.
