Welcome to Flourish Curls Salon! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and digital content. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Site

You agree to use the site and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to conduct any activity that would violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. Products and Services

Physical Products

All physical product sales are final unless your order is received damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items due to health and hygiene concerns.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases (eBooks, guides, templates, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

Challenges

Challenge purchases are final and non-refundable, but may be transferred to the next challenge within 30 days of purchase. To request a transfer, please email info@flourishcurlssalons.com.

Workshops & Classes

All class purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to the next available class with 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class time. No-shows will forfeit the class fee.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused time.

3. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (if enabled). By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, branding, videos, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Flourish Curls Salon and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flourish Curls Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Product results vary by individual. Always perform a patch test before using new hair care products.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of any external websites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
