Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@flourishcurlssalons.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Digital Product Policy

All digital downloads (eBooks, guides, templates, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

Challenges & Classes

Hair Care Challenges:

Once a challenge is purchased, the sale is final. No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to the next upcoming challenge within 30 days of your original purchase.

Workshops & Classes:

All class purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may transfer your registration to the next available session with at least 72 hours’ notice. Missed classes without notice are forfeited.

Subscription Policy (if applicable)

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Refunds:

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Please cancel before the next billing cycle.
