Responsibilities
💁🏽 Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
📅 Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
📞 Answer calls and emails, assisting clients with bookings and inquiries
💳 Process payments for services and retail transactions
📦 Assist with inventory tracking, product stocking, and salon organization
🗂️ Maintain client records, receipts, and salon documentation
🌟 Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, professional, and inviting
Qualifications
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Strong customer service and organizational abilities
✔️ Comfortable using scheduling software, Google Sheets, and basic administrative tools
✔️ Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy salon environment
✔️ A passion for natural hair care and creating a welcoming atmosphere
✔️ Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
