This class is designed to give you real clear-cut information on how to care for your own hair at home from shampooing, conditioning,detangling and styling to the theory behind doing what we do to maintain healthy hair or get us to the place of healthy hair. This class is hands-on.

You will receive information prior to the class to prepare you for how to show up to class. In class we will cover the shampooing, conditioning and detangling of your hair.You will do your own hair and we will guide you on the process. Everyone will leave with their hair in a state to either jump right into styling at home or you can move into styling right in the class if you get finished with the shampoo portion.

We will not however be learning flat twisting or braiding in this class. If you want to learn how to do one of these techniques, sign up for that class because that technique does take a whole class time!

However, if you already have prior knowledge, but you need help perfecting or tightening up on your skill we can definitely help. We will see how the flow of the class goes and go from there.

When:
Sunday, February 18th of 2024 at 2:30PM to 5:30PM

What to bring:
Just yourself and your willingness to learn. Also bring any questions you may have about your hair or any products you are currently using! Also, wear a shirt that you don’t mind if it gets wet. Possibly even bring a shirt to change into before leaving in case you get your shirt wet during the process.

What to expect:
You should expect to show up and be in a group setting with others trying to learn how to care for their own hair as well. You will be at a table with a mirror and all the tools you need to complete the task! We will provide towels and products to complete the techniques we will be covering.We will cover technique as well as product use and healthy hair practices. You will receive information prior to class on how to prepare your hair for class so we can start right away! This environment is very fun, lighthearted and a time to connect with others who have the same goals as you!
