Responsibilities
📈 Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote salon services, products, and community events
📲 Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
💌 Create email marketing campaigns to engage and retain clients
📝 Write compelling and brand-aligned content for blog posts, website, and promotions
🎯 Run targeted ads and promotions to drive bookings and product sales
📊 Track, analyze, and report marketing performance to optimize strategies
🤝 Collaborate with stylists, content creators, and community partners to enhance brand visibility
💡 Stay ahead of marketing trends and apply innovative strategies to keep Flourish® at the forefront of the industry
Qualifications
✔️ Proven experience in marketing, digital strategy, or social media management
✔️ Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
✔️ Knowledge of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and audience growth strategies
✔️ Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
✔️ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
✔️ Passion for natural hair, beauty, and community-driven marketing
