Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Content Creator who understands the power of storytelling and how to connect with an audience. If you love social media, video creation, and crafting impactful messaging, this is for you!
Responsibilities
📸 Create and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
✍🏾 Write compelling captions, blog posts, and brand-aligned content
📱 Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
🎥 Capture behind-the-scenes moments, client transformations, and educational tutorials
📊 Analyze engagement metrics to refine and optimize content strategy
💡 Stay ahead of digital trends, viral content, and best practices in the beauty industry
🤝 Collaborate with stylists, clients, and the Flourish® team to bring ideas to life
Qualifications
✔️ Proven experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
✔️ Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
✔️ Excellent writing skills with an eye for brand voice and storytelling
✔️ Understanding of social media trends and best practices for engagement
✔️ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
✔️ Passion for natural hair, beauty, and community-driven content
