The stylist will be trained on the Flourish system of natural styling technique, theory, and the overall customer experience. Stylist must be motivated, a team player, willing and open to learning, and have a passion for hair care and growth in the industry. Each stylist is trained on the Flourish system which consists of the consultation, shampoo process, conditioning process, styling, and how to properly educate the client through the entire service.

• Must have an active cosmetology license. 
• Must have some experience in customer service and/or related experience. 
• Salon is a tiered commission based salon with opportunity for growth.
